Easter Weekend meant so much to myself and Larry. The last time all of the kids and grand kids were together was 6 years ago. A lot has happened to our family in those 6 years. We remain strong despite of losing our Andrew Johnston. We draw our strength in good times and it reminds us life is still beautiful. Being a nana and a papa to our 6 little bunnies is beyond what we ever imagined. Family is the glue that holds our lives together when it's broken into a million pieces. Love this bunch so so much beyond any words that I could ever write.

2023 YEAR IN REVIEW

A look back to all of your beautiful faces I had the privilege to capture from behind the lens (that's my happy place). I have built relationships over the past 15 years since the first time I picked up the camera and captured a photo of two of my granddaughters (Taylor and Samantha) from there I grew and every year I honed my skills and got better and better. Met a lot of people along the way and continue to grow and meet more new people while cherishing my relationships I have formed over the years. To my family and friends who have chosen me to capture your life... Thank you from the bottom of my heart. To all of those who are looking for a photographer who gives you only the best at a very reasonable price (have not raised my prices once) as I believe photos session shouldn't cost a lot of money. I would love to be your photographer.

An afternoon with Elise, Jess and the fur babies. We started at their home with some pictures with the pets by the tree. Then we headed out to the trails by the train yard off of highway 7. We take the dogs walking there and it was a perfect setting for capturing their beautiful smiles and life they have built together.

Our first time meeting for a family photography session with Tashia, Kurt the kiddos and her mom and dad ( Oma and Opa). I was so happy to be asked to capture all their beautiful smiles and special moments with Oma and Opa and the kiddos. It was very hard for me to just pick a few to share. It was a great morning spending time with all of you.

An afternoon with Charlie, a good day to get outside and enjoy the Fall weather. We headed out on Valley Road to Poplar Bluff, then found a beautiful drive way by the Berry Barn and then came back into town and went to another favourite area of mine, City Park.

Charlie's outfit was a great choice for Fall photos and complimented her so well. If you are looking for inspiration this outfit ticked all the boxes.

Ripped jeans with a black tank top, short brown boots and a long sweater. Accessories: earrings, necklace and bracelet.

This truly sums me up... I had a wonderful day capturing Charlie's smile and personality...she's a down to earth, kind soul. More to follow.

Taylor's 15th year photos and family photos. It was such a beautiful summer day to have a photo session out at the lake ( a first for me, and I would definitely do it again) We combined two family sessions as well into this afternoon. Lots of love and laughter and tons of photos. xoxo

I feel so lucky to be able to captures photos of my family. My niece and her family stopped by for a visit while on their way back home to BC. I was not going to pass up the opportunity to capture all their beautiful smiles with their new babe.

Her oldest daughter put on a fashion show for us in all of her new outfits. When shopping it was a must for Amayah to have bell bottom pants like Lainey Wilson official group page. So lucky to have my sister and hubby too. Getting photos with your grandkids I think is so special. Creating memories is what I love to do!!!!

Samantha's 12 year birthday photo session.

Well, it seems like forever since I did a photoshoot. It's been a birthday tradition for both of these girls that we have a sleepover, shopping and lunch the next day followed by a photoshoot. I get to practice my skills to see if I still got it! I absolutely love being behind the camera and creating life time memories.

I got to spend time with AJ, Jeanette the kiddos and Ivy. It was a really nice day outside for this time of year and we got family photos in, some school retakes and profile pictures. They have a new addition to the family and she's a real sweetheart. The boys are growing up and it has been 4 years since they had their wedding. I have been so lucky to have made the connections with each of them while working at Agrium many years ago. Thank you so much for choosing me to capture your beautiful family and your beautiful smiles.

This year I started a "Life is Beautiful" campaign with the lovely ladies I photographed this year. First and foremost - thank you for choosing me to capture your beautiful smiles and families and lives. I chose to do this because they all have a story to share...just like me.

Made the trip up to PA today to spend some time with my sister and brother in law before they head home on Sunday. I suggested a photo session and was thrilled when they said yes!
