Moister was forming at the bottom of the windows, so I cut 10inches up the wall fix the moisture issue and replaced the drywall. Replace the ledge cap with new MDF and upgraded the baseboard as well. Sry about not having before pictures, I always forget about the before look. I’ll get you on the next one.
I got a call to come finish up another mans work. Clients says, everything it level and everything is tied together already. As soon as I drive up I new I was in for a rough day hahaha almost pulled off the gable climbing the ladder, not one purlin was level the was about a 3-4 inch grad from front to back. The 3 walls I sheeted with a heat shield and 3/4 in OBS, where out of square by 2 inches. Fun day it was haha
Just a little grouting work in the kitchen and bathrooms. Installed bathroom hardware with framed mirrors. Just the minor details to help finish a job.

Sometimes old projects need a nice little face lift. We tried staining the stringer caps and filler strips but it did not dry as dark as we needed them to be so we decided to colour match and go with a brown paint. This will add a little value and excellent presentation for selling.
Nice little baseboard finishing project today.
Going from white stick flooring in this shoe room. Too this beautiful wood style vinyl flooring.

After a 3 month wait, dealing with permits and waiting for an engineer’s stamp of approval. I give you a less cost effect way of a 2 car garage haha. A brand new new car port with some minor framing adjustments inside the garage for a new powered door. # R A Garage Door
I’d like to thank the city of Spruce Grove for allowing me to be forever part of making our city look GRRREAT!!
Another thing checked off on the Honey do list. Not completely the finished product as we will be replacing all the counter tops but, this at least makes our kitchen more functional for the time being.
The wife was particularly happy with the new sight lines. I myself, am just happy I can see the clock on the stove from the couch without getting up 🤣
Works slow, so decided to take care of the Hunny do list and giving her the countertop space she’s always wanted.

This was a smaller Reno but it definitely came with maximum impact. Simple things, such as fresh paint can do so much to completely change how you see it.

Hey everyone! We have some big news. We are exited for this new opportunity to partner with the UFA building pole sheds and barns. This new path gives us the opportunity to work within parkland county and the surrounding area getting to know the acreages and farms outside of the city.
Don’t worry though we will continue to work with clients interested in home Reno’s too! We love to see our clients when we can make their dreams come true!
We are just finishing up our first pole shed; coming in at 54ft wide, 120ft long and 18ft high this build was a fun one. The clients love horses and have been looking forward to having a riding arena for years. We are so happy we could help make this happen.
