This clients wanted new counter tops for their kitchen and bath along with a bank of drawers added to the island.

Here is a great example of why you need to be aware of air flow throughout your home.

In these pictures the blanket has prevented warm household air from getting to the glass even though there is a heat register approximately 2 feet away. If left unchecked a significant amount of ice could build up. When that ice melts it is very possible to cause water damage below the window.

A recently completed farm house kitchen renovation. This included removing a load bearing wall and installing a beam. A whole new layout of the main floor. New cabinets with quartz counters.

This afternoon was spent changing out a door.

Falcon Building Solutions is a locally owned new and growing construction company, specializing in residential construction, renovations and handyman services.

The candidate should be proficient in residential construction and able to adapt and learn new applications such as carpentry, drywall, taping, painting, tile, minor plumbing and electrical.

Responsibilities:

Aid in overseeing construction sites to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, regulations and safety codes;
Ensure that safe work practices and procedures are being followed onsite at all times;
Work alongside the Site Supervisor to resolve any constructional issues that may arise;
Ensure proper materials and quantities of materials are onsite prior to daily work commencing;
Participate in project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and report on progression of building;
Help with the development, monitoring and overseeing quality control measures on worksites;
Ensure inspections are completed periodically throughout the construction phases to ensure projects meet specifications of clients;
Any other duties as required.
