Nature is what is natural. There is no matrix, but distorted mind programming infecting us to think whst nature is.
You and nature are about feeling. There is a story with every valley, every mountain, every lake, every tree, every rock, every grain of sand.
Feel into the surroundings of nature when walking, stop and listen , and feel.
Hear the magic, the different energies in each area you walk.
There is a story waiting to be heard from them, and nature will always embrace you and love you when your heart is heavy, and joy will filter in when you need it most .

These mountains are majestic, beautiful and emanate a warmth that is nourishing for the spirit. I can be working outside, or gaze out the window and there they are. I am alwsys awe struck by there beauty, power, and gentleness. Thank you for your magical presence .

Love is everywhere, but if seeing through the eyes of pain, then only fear is felt and seen.
Pain is a friend telling you what hurts inside. What is it telling you about your life path.
Maybe it's time to move, maybe it's time to trust your path, or your partner.
Be real, be loving, create from your beautiful heart and see your path blossom . Trust your path, and love will shine

Beautiful mid Feb day. Good to feel the sun and bring the loving energy into my heart.

We all emanate fields of energy called Morphogenetic fields. These are fields of information that are like a blue print of who you are.

These fields emanate in different increments of distance. The furthest shine out for miles.

We are subject to others Morphogenetic fields because of there vast emanations.

With many beings ( humans ) in a state of hardship or sadness within, ( not all but more than usual ) these fields are reflected out through the Morphogenetic field of mother earth. We are all tied into her Morphogenetic fields.

This is another reason it is so important to do your inner work, and be aware of what your universe is reflecting back.
Ask yourself, what do I need to learn from this experience. Go deep, transmute your hidden programmed pains snd face yourself. We have so much to transmute.

Then true freedom will reflect back and mother earth will not have to feel our pain any more as she has enough from eons of time to transmute as well.

The magnificence of the Sun. Illuminates the beauty of nature and the love in our hearts

My daily work out at 62 years of age.
Yoga and stretches in morning. Followed by lymphatic massaging. Qigong.( grouping of 7 to 9 different moves )
Weight lifting, resistance training every 2nd day ( chest and legs back and rear delts, triceps and biceps

Yoga and martial arts in between days

Before bed , facia exercises , full body reset, recharge internal organs, head , neck and face facia exercises.

Play guitar 30 min, different music styles .

Eat as organic as possible plus magnesium., Billbury supplements , Irish moss , hydrogen supplement, smoothie with greens, fruit , alfalfa powder.

Much more.

These are the times we need to take care and treat our body's, mind, and spirit the best we can.

Most important, appreciate yourself, and listen to your universe within.

Love is the way home

We are taught that having fun, smiling, laughing and being in joy and pursuing individual desires that are in our hearts, are selfish, egotistical, conceited.
Why is that? When we pursue our joys within our soul, our hearts lights up. We're smiling, happy and joyous.

I have worked hard to become expressive with my guitar, not to be better than, but to be the best I can be, and wanting to be better and grow.

I have always had a passion for racing motorcycles, which I was able to do ( though many around me tried to persuade me to stop ). I ended up meeting wonderful people, helping each other with our passion and being on the podium of top 3 in a race.
I have always loved airplanes, and found a way to be a pilot, then a flight instructor.
I have always loved working out, and found a way to achieve black belt in martial arts.

These weren't easy things, as they all took extreme work, training and money. But I was in my joy and, joy creates abundance on all levels.

If your unhappy, don't blame circumstances. Take a step toward what you want, and it will happen.

If you want love, be vulnerable with your Heart, and it will show to you, If you want adventure, step toward it, and it will come to you. If you want grace, slow yourself down. If you want peace, appreciate all of life. It is about the journey, don't stop ever, only if you need a rest.

Hopi Indian Chief White Eagle commented a few days ago on the current situation:

′′ This moment humanity is experiencing can be seen as a door or a hole. The decision to fall in the hole or walk through the door is up to you. If you consume the news 24 hours a day, with negative energy, constantly nervous, with pessimism, you will fall into this hole.

Take care of your home, take care of your body. Connect with your spiritual home. When you take care of yourself, you take care of everyone at the same time.
Do not underestimate the spiritual dimension of this crisis. Take the perspective of an eagle that sees everything from above with a broader view. There is a social question in this crisis, but also a spiritual question. The two go hand in hand.
Without the social dimension we fall into fanaticism. Without the spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism and futility.
Are you ready to face this crisis. Grab your toolbox and use all the tools at your disposal.
Learn resistance from the example of Indian and African peoples: we have been and are exterminated. But we never stopped singing, dancing, lighting a fire and rejoicing.
Don't feel guilty for feeling blessed in these troubled times. Being sad or angry doesn't help at all. Resistance is resistance through joy!
You have the right to be strong and positive. And there's no other way to do it than to maintain a beautiful, happy, bright posture.
Has nothing to do with alienation (ignorance of the world). It's a resistance strategy.
When we cross the threshold, we have a new worldview because we faced our fears and difficulties. This is all you can do now:
- Serenity in the storm
- Keep calm, pray everyday
- Make a habit of meeting the sacred everyday.
Show resistance through art, joy, trust and love.
