20 years as a Physical Therapist!!

20 years ago I nervously saw my first client (with a cheat sheet tucked in my clipboard, dress shoes, dress pants and a blouse to look the part 😂) and dove headfirst into my career path.
Little did I know how much I would learn, the remarkable connections made with clients, and the path to discover my gifts. ✨
I know I am deeply blessed to truly LOVE what I do, and to feel my “work” is inspiring to me and significant to others. 💗
To all those who have supported me and all those who have trusted me to support them… heartfelt gratitude and love sent your way! I wouldn’t be here today without you. 💗💗🥰🥰 ✨✨

Spirit Island, the “Hall of Gods” the spectacular box canyon, surrounded on 3 sides by the very same mountain range. There are places that words cannot do justice and quite frankly I’m grateful they don’t. This is something to be felt not understood. 🩵

5 years ago today, I opened the doors for Evolve Physical Therapy. I have been reflecting and swimming in deep gratitude for myself taking the leap and following my heart, for Janine and the team at Core Movement for their love and welcoming me in, for Parkland Rehabilitation sending me off with support and love, for the family and friends cheering me on and their sweat equity, and of course the clients who have trusted me with their care. Yes, deep gratitude indeed. 💗✨☺️

A moment captured. For those of you who know me well, I run cold and an icy cold plunge is akin to self torture. 🥶 I’ve done it many times, but this time was different. I found the comfort in the discomfort, the eye of the storm, the beauty in the chaos and I felt transformed. Soft and strong. Content. Peaceful. Beautiful.
