Big news- we are excited to announce we are expecting! Some of you might have noticed the bump at the clinic or that my schedule was filling fast and that is why. I am currently aiming to work until April, health dependent.

As some of you guys already know, there are lots of changes coming my way this year. I am stretching the schedule as much as possible and just created those spots until the end of Feb. Most are unavailable online, so please DM to book or contact the clinic directly.

My November is now fully book, minus this one rare opening. Cancellations are still happening so please utilize our waitlist if you need to see me!
The waitlist system has been revamped and works with automatic emails. Just enter the desired days of the week and times you desire and you will get an email as soon as a opening arises.

I was asked recently if MLD could help with the healing process of fractures and the associated pain. The short answer- yes!
How does it work?- Research shows that a fracture triggers a response of the regional lymphatic system. There is a direct correlation between a fracture, trauma to the surrounding soft tissue and reaction of the local lymphatic system.
It is shown that prompt healing is regulated by influx into the affected area of specific immune lymphatic cells.
Facilitating lymphatic drainage increases the natural healing process by getting the specific cells where they need to go and removing any metabolic waste from the affected area, which in return decreases inflammation.

There will be a slight increase in prices coming up. Also note that the GST will now be added to the treatment prices instead of included in the price as it previously was.

Massage Therapy will now be charging GST on top of all their treatment prices.
