🫶🫶Join Hailey in this tween/teen (ages 8-16) yoga class as she introduces the meaning of yoga and how it helps us to grow a deeper relationship with ourselves.🫶🫶

This is a beginner level class where we take time to be properly aligned in each posture and focus on our breathing. Each class will include mindfulness and gratitude to finish it off.

❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹We think it is so vital for these age categories to have exposure to this style of encouraging yoga which includes important lessons that the kids can use for the rest of their lives in multiple different settings and situations.❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹
