St. John's will be hosting this year's Disc Golf Provincials on September 28th-29th at our newly constructed McNiven DGC course in Airport Heights. Come challenge yourself and have a great time in Newfoundland's premier annual tournament.

McNiven Course Update:

Our course designer will return to the course next week. In the meantime, we kindly remind players to be aware of maintenance equipment during work hours and to avoid accidents.

A lost and found box is located behind the shed by Hole #1 and will be checked weekly on Sundays at noon. Please label your discs with your name and contact information for easy return.

We encourage players to bring their trash out and consider bringing a bag to collect waste on the fairways. Thank you to those who have helped maintain the course!

The new McNiven course provided great times for the league today! With only 2 weeks left in the season, the updated standings show the top players in contention for prizes. Additionally, congratulations to Cameron Paul and Marcus Ralph for their impressive aces on hole #13 during separate league plays.

Today's clinic on our course was well-attended by members of PSP (the military's physical fitness program), who learned the sport and took part in an afternoon round. François Morin led the clinic on this beautiful day. Thanks to all those that attended.

On May 28th, a learn-to-play disc golf clinic was conducted on Confederation Hill, where we were joined by the Mount Pearl Scouts and Ventures. The session was attended by around 35 individuals of various ages, who were taught the basics of disc golf and received a putter to continue playing. We appreciate the efforts of our volunteers, Daniel Henderson, Patrick James Henderson, Robert King, and Adam Peddle, in making this event a success.

The 2024 Flickline Touring Team Announcement
