I practice the Eden Method (Energy Medicine) taught by Donna Eden and her faculty. Since 2008 I have been learning simple and easy to do techniques that reduce pain, help manage stress and improve overall health.
An individual session is usually 90 minutes
1. where you as a fully clothed client are assessed through muscle testing.
2. You receive a personalized energy treatment based on what the assessment finds.
3. You are offered specific energy movements designed to continue your self- healing.
