FAQ: can I practice yoga if I'm not flexible?
A: We've definitely heard this question before! You don't have to be flexible to try yoga. Don’t worry if you can't touch your toes or balance on one foot – because this is why we practice! Flexibility and balance may come with time, or it may not. This practice is built to help you connect to your body exactly the way it is and understand how it moves in ways that feel best.
Give it a chance. Dive in and reap the benefits of a regular Modo practice with our 30-day unlimited Intro Month.
