To say the least, February 2021 was a month to remember in the Fraser Valley. 2815 units sold (108% higher year over year), detached prices up 20%, townhomes up 10%, and condos up 5% year over year!

So grateful for all the learning and new experiences of 2020. My best friends married EACH OTHER! We gained a new family member (Strider). Many random adventures were taken, some unplanned some overplanned... Got to help some amazing people find and sell homes! Went on lots of walks, more than one including much needed ice cream. Forced to hang out with me MULTIPLE TIMES, I am sure she can't wait to officially have me as her brother in-law 😂 OH YA, GOT ENGAGED to my favorite person in the world

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE!! 🎅🎄 Of course, last but definitely not least, my clients have helped me get through this crazy year!! 6 days to go!! 🎅 coaching baseball is a passion of mine, and has been a great distraction throughout the year! Although we were shut down for a couple months, we got the program back up and running and have made the best out of a tough year. Proud of all the kids who missed a summer of ball, didn't bat an eye and kept working. 💪⚾️

ONE MORE WEEK 🎅, but today is all about Theodore 🐶
Theo turned 7 this year, so I figured 7 days till CHRISTMAS was fitting! We truly don't deserve dogs. 12/10 good boy 365 days of the year 🐕🐶🐾

I guess you could say my friends have helped me get through this year! Although we had to find creative ways to hang out safely, we found them! Wish I could fit all of them on here, but I was too lazy and this will have to do 😂 love you guys 💪cue the you're welcomeee

🎅Day 2! 9 days till CHRISTMAS!🎅
Not only was golf a great distraction this year, also got in her first round ever! I think a lot of people learned how much fun golf can be, and it was a safe way to socialize (unless Daniel is on the tee.. then watch out haha)💪⛳🏌️‍♂️
