This is always a good excuse for the ones who don't actually want to exercise.

Listen, times are tough right now, we get it. But working out at home really doesn't have to be the challenge people make it out to be.

Just because you don't have the fancy assortment of weights, or the comfy machines that you like to sit on while you send a snap to your friends during sets, doesn't mean you can't get a good workout in.

The only thing you need is you and you only.

Calisthenics (bodyweight workouts) are an amazing way to get a good workout in, along with learning more about the fundamentals of exercise itself. You would be surprised to see what areas you lacking in when you are using your body as the main form of resistance, and are engaging your muscles groups in ways they may not have been used before.

Google is a great way to learn more about fitness, but getting your information from someone who can actually talk to you 1 on 1 take into consideration everything you have in mind at a human level, that is something Google cannot do for you.
