Sclerotherapy is a medical procedure used to treat varicose veins and spider veins. 👩‍⚕️It involves injecting a solution (Sclerosant) directly into the affected veins, causing them to scar and collapse. 🙌This redirects blood flow to healthier veins, and the collapsed veins are eventually reabsorbed by the body and fade away.

The procedure is performed by our nurses and is done on an outpatient basis. Sclerotherapy can improve the appearance of the veins and alleviate related symptoms such as aching, swelling, and cramping. Multiple treatments may be necessary to achieve the desired results.
