When you achieve true self-love it permanently changes who you are bc you are finally giving yourself permission to be your authentic self.
You no longer feel the need to seek outside validation, you feel whole on your own. Your moral and ethical compass knows you are a good person and worthy of love, kindness, understanding and peace.
