Attention Advance Students

New Adv Timetable

Adv Muay must have passed level 1 and be an active student.

Adv grappling just come get permission from coach Matt - 16 and older only

Tues/thurs 6pm are competition drilling takedowns, systems submissions etc same thing for 2 weeks
Monday and Wednesday are the same
Saturday MMA same as well

We need people to be more than ready before attending these sessions as we compete at high level and need that time to develop. Earn your spot on the team by putting the time and energy in

We have 2 membership options to choose from reach out to the office Monday - Thursday 4:30 to 6:30

Advanced Muay Thai Level 1 or Higher

Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:45 to 7:00

- Students must have put the time in and tested for their level 1 before attending , and even if you have level 1 if you took time off please start back with basic classes to get back your technique’s and conditioning.

- mma or thai shorts (no pockets)

Soon all advanced members will be required to get there wako membership as well.

We are a professional team and we will only allow ppl with that mindset on our Muay Thai team!

FTC 5 ( k1 kickboxing)

Jade had an amazing showing landing all@her weapons and with some great power but she got deducted 1 point for to many knees in the clinch. And fight ended in a draw!

Hunters first kickboxing fight happened at class b because of his boxing and inhouses and fought the guy no one else wanted to fight and just ended up losing a decsion in an amazing fight!!

Hard fights will make you a better fighter! And we fight the best 🙂 and Jade had her family car stolen from the hotel the day of the fight!! What a wild weekend! We’re looking forward to more!!

Teaching Scoring
Teaching Tactics and Strategies
Lots of Rolls to get in shape
Even good for non competitors to learn about the sport
All Schools and gym are welcome

2- Martial arts Camps
Teaching Martial Arts to beginners and Adv students
Keeping up to date on training without losing a step for summer
Having Lots of fun :)

3- Pop Up style Training as well.

Private Lessons:
We will have a dedicated coach available for Youth Private lessons also during the summer during the day. To keep skills sharp and get more time in for Competitions

Youth Martial Arts Program End June next week on the 20th! And resume back in Sept :)

We have Grading Days for students who have their coaches approval and finished all requirements. (Office will reach out to confirm with parents soon)

June 24th For Muay Thai at 5pm
June 25th For Jiu -itsu at 5pm
