We are so incredibly proud of this project, and will be riding this career milestone high for a long time to come. It’s almost summer szn 🤍 At Project Barlochan, we designed a swimsuit drying area specifically to house those wet bathers after days of fun in the lake. Directly beside the shower, this space services as a designated drying area with its own drain and heated tile flooring for maximum functionality ✨

The vibe in the living room at is moody meets approachable 🖤 this space is meant for the adults to unwind after a long day, host their friends for a drink, or curl up by the fire with a good book. Separated from the more casual family room located at the back of the house, we drenched the shiplap walls in an almost black paint, added back the live edge mantle reclaimed from , and added one of our favourite fixtures from ✨ swipe for the pre-renovation view.

Our Lorne Park clients only had two requests when they brought us in to renovate their Primary Ensuite - a soaker tub and a steam shower. They left everything else up to us and allowed our creativity to flow ✨ we decided to take over the walk in closet to create a bigger space to house a double vanity, makeup station, freestanding tub, steam shower and water closet. We designed new custom millwork in the bedroom so that no storage space was compromised while taking over their walk in closet. We infused our signature PMD earth tones and worked with our favourite millwork partner to bring this space to life ✨ swipe to see where we started and how it came together!

After a week long stay in the English countryside, it only seems fitting to share our Neville Park powder room project finished with Pimpernel paper. This was one of the first materials we selected for this project and to see it installed now is so rewarding ✨

An almost indescribable week in the English countryside, all planned perfectly by and and held at .england - beyond grateful to them for their effort, dedication and logistics that went into the entire week, all so apparent in the beautiful surroundings and local activities they planned for our group. We weren’t quite ready to say cheerio to the countryside yet, so a group of us moved over to - a very different vibe - for the weekend. knows how to organize and execute group travel to perfection and what a treat it was getting to spend a few extra days with a smaller group of women I’m so inspired by. Heading back to reality shortly and will miss these gals very much! Heart is bursting, inspiration is overflowing and I can’t wait to go back again soon ✨

Heading into the weekend with some exciting PMD news ✨ if you or someone you know is looking to join a boutique interior design firm, has at least 5 years experience in the industry in a senior role, is proficient in Revit and generally a fun person to be around, click the link in bio to apply! Note that this is a maternity leave contract and is Toronto based 🤍

We changed this up with the family room fireplace design at , and opted to place it off centre in the room. We aren’t big fans of TVs above fireplaces, and wanted to ensure both the fireplace and the TV had their own appropriate spaces and focal points. We also liked the idea of raising the fireplace significantly off the floor and creating a concrete bench for a bit more visual interest. Finished with gorgeous plaster by and we’d say this space turned out better than we could have hoped ✨

Custom millwork takes centre stage in the dining room ✨ we designed this built in hutch to act as a servery during dinners with family and friends, showcasing a beautiful slab from countertop to ceiling and outfitted with both white oak and black metal cabinetry 🤍

The hardest working sink in the house is also the most beautiful ✨ we selected a matte black fluted sink by to integrate seamlessly with our black granite slab from in the kitchen at and it’s one of the best features of the space 🤍
