Sometimes we forget what it means to resource ourselves. Sometimes this means connecting to ourselves, nature and the people that make us feel most safe. Anyone can only meet us in places they meet themselves. May we be well taken care of by those who can 🤍
The words we wish we hear from the people we love. The space between reality and expectation can feel far, and it’s in that space resilience, maturity and wisdom arise if we find a way to let it. 💛
The spirit knows kindness. It feels like safety, not manipulation. It feels like ease, not guilt. It’s abundance, not scarce 💛 .
Using our body as a tool to release is a skill. Breathe, let it go 💛
We’re all characters in each other stories. Luckily, we get to write our own narrative 💛
To all that made it possible 💛
Love in its purest, most unconditional form is healing. May we love 💛
Nature replenishes, heals and renews. All without expectation 💛
We’ll search the for validations we never needed, until we don’t 💛

Truth is for the patient 💛
Kindness is patience. The root of kindness is acceptance of what is and releasing expectation of what should be. It’s also honouring what we need and knowing how to relate to others in situations where we are not met with respect- gracefully, clearly and directly. Kindness is what’s left when we’ve been kind enough to ourselves.
May we close our eye and remember what we’ve received from others. 💛
Curiosity can remedy judgment. When judgment creates division between us and others, it’ll create division within ourselves. We’ll feel split, instead of whole.
Understanding can remedy blame. Blame can be an illusion and rudimentary perspective. We can feel disempowered through the way we absolve ourselves from the role we can play in circumstances. We limit our potential to see how we’ve influence situations and how we can change or positively influence them going forward.
Gratitude can remedy criticism. Criticism focuses on all that is “wrong” against a handed down rubric we impose unfairly onto others. It can be rooted in the illusion of perfection and feel restricting to others and to ourselves.
Judgment, blame and criticism are all forms of control that says “change this, so I can feel better”. We all do this, may we be curious, understanding and grateful 💛
Love and goodness rests in all of us. Sometimes we may need a reminder 💛

The breathe is one of the most powerful biological tools we have. The breath purifies the body, silences the mind, regulates emotions, drops us into the present and keeps us alive. Pranayama is a gift to our busy, contemporary and active lives. When we notice our breath, we notice our life.
Loneliness is the absence of much that was never ours. Peace is contentment found in aloneness that will always be ours.
There’s only one of each of us. There’s only one of each of us that has our unique combination of experiences and perspectives. This unique combination means there’s only one of each of us that can offer what we can offer in the way that we do. There’s only one of each of us that can m offer the world what we’re each capable of offering. Read that again. 💛
Reminder 💛
With experience we learn time well scheduled is not always time well spent. What’s really a distraction? What’s actually nourishing? What’s consumptive and taxing? What’s rejuvenating and fulfilling? May we make time for rest, creativity, love, nutrition, reflection, flow, body movement and stillness.
