Happy 3rd heart day little man. You are a strong independent 5 yr old. I am so greatful 3yrs ago today. You were able to get your super powers back. I love you so much.

Today little man is going in for his routine check up at sick kids.
We know that he needs one more surgery. They may say he is ready.

Oh how much he has grown. My little heart warrior.

Just a little update.
Steven had his check up today at sick kids. The cardiologist will re evaluate him next year. As he needs another surgery to repair the holes in his heart. They want to wait till he gains a bit more weight.

Little man has gone in for a check up on his leg. Here is to hoping it's all healed. No more splint is needed.

Today little man is going in for dental surgery and an echo. I know he is going to rock this

Happy heart day my little man. So much has happened in a yrs time. You truly are my heart warrior.

On this day 3 yrs ago we were finally released from the hospital. We spent exactly 90 days. Then this day a yr ago was my worst nightmare. We got re admitted with the doctors not knowing if little man was going to survive the night. We spent the next 3 days in mcmaster. Until they finally made the call to transport him to sick kids on feb 15. When he had his life saving surgery the staff was amazing and we will be forever greatful he still has all follow up at sick kids. I want to thank all my family and friends for being there with us and going through that bumpy ride. You will never know how much that meant to us knowing we were in your thoughts and prayers. The ones who donated so bill and I both could be there the ones who dropped everything to be by our sides. We love you all

Yesterday we celebrated little mans 3rd birthday. We all had alot of fun. He doing super well.

This little man rocked his echo yesterday once again sick kids was amazed that little man could lay that still through an echo. So for now on non sedated echo it will be.. Little miss wearing sunglasses like mom.

Its getting there

Beautiful day. Let's go and play. Now if they would keep there socks shoes and hat on. It would be awesome

My amazing husband has been working so hard these past few days to build an awesome play structure for the children. He is not done yet but it already looks amazing.
