Hey guys...

I'm Melissa and I'm a sound therapist. What does that mean? Well, sound therapist is an umbrella term for someone who uses sound and frequency in a therapeutic manner (to help people and animals feel better).

I'm also the mother of two beautiful humans, aged 21 and 16, and one sweet rescue hound aged 8.

We split our time between Toronto, Ontario and a rural area just outsid of a village called Stirling (also in Ontario).

I have enjoyed several different careers over the years including real estate, wellness and the non profit sector but feel very strongly that sound therapy is what I'm meant to be doing.

My special areas of interest are working with people with trauma, teenagers that struggle with addiction issues (and their families) and horses.

Although I grew up in the city, I'm a country girl at heart and I feel blessed to be able to spend time in a rural area in this beautiful community.

One of the things I like about the country is being in nature and enjoying the fresh air and sunshine as people were intended. Us sensitive people can find the city overwhelming at times.
