In this pandemic and virtual school setting, it is so important to be mindful of the stress and tension that we’re exposed to and physically and emotionally hold onto in order to identify and utilize the best methods to release it all and fully recharge.
That’s what our Release & Recharge Session is all about! We’re guiding you through movements designed to strengthen us, release our tension and empower us for a successful week of midterms and beyond - all while having fun with our CCNM virtual fam!
