One of the toughest things for me to do is destroy old jewellery. Part of my custom offerings is the reuse of old gold. This means that clients will bring me a full range of jewellery that they don’t like and won’t wear. Many of which are in amazing condition, just not my their style. When these pieces are mixed metals, lightweight pieces, they are often not suitable for recasting. I will often suggest exchanging for a credit to use towards their new project. Instead of melting them down, I have created a section on my website for refurbished and preloved jewellery.

This Pisces Double Happiness pendant with chain was ordered shipped out to California for the holidays. I was of the thought that, because of my price point, only those near enough to see my work, or have been recommended to me by close connection would be open to purchasing from me online, so I was surprised and grateful for the trust this client put in me. Only a simple Google search lead him to me, and yet he let me to select the Jade and design the twin fish symbol without his input. Because of this, I was able to rush the piece and have it sent over with a few days to spare.
The finished results were so beautiful. It arrived without a hitch.
