Text at the top: “CALL TO ARTISTS. Circus Sessions # 6 in partnership with Lab De Cirque”
A whimsical band is gathered in a performance space with rows and rows of empty seats in the background. The band is a group of five white women, mostly non-Disabled, one Mad. They are full of joy and mischief. Kook, the main band member, is a male clown with a red nose. The rest of the band wears shiny, striped and colorful clothing and they all have tiny and weird instruments.

Hey Soul family.
Looking for something to do with kids this family day weekend to deepen connection, while playfully learning some practical skills?
This one goes out to the kids and families.
The Wilderness Rite of Passage, is a program based on the tribal living idea "it takes a village to raise the children". Skills in learning to navigate the challenges of our environment are emparted to the next generation to prepare them as best as possible for the challenges (planned and unplanned) they may encounter in life.
Drawing from ancestral teachimgs (inuit and other indigonous peoples) coupled with military survival training this course blends the use of primitive skills for living in harsh environment with the strategic use of technology to simplify the process, maintaining the focus on connection with the land that supports us, and our part of nature.
Learning useful skills thst can apply to emergency situations, festivals or even fort building (knots, fire, water, forraging, protection from elements ) some activities combine the lessons together. We incorperate simple breakdown of steps and gamification to integrate and practice the lessons
There is a designated team member (and mom) for the little kids (4-9) with a mix of outdoor and Indoor activités (in heated space) main programing which is mostly outside for 10-16 (cabin rentals for those who want glamping learning experience $60-$80 range) we will modify tents for winter an use teamsurvival strategies to overcome elements together. And maybe snow caves if it lasts.
General and subsidized tuitions available (for those who need it financial support)
If you have the desire and means to sponsor a child or family pls reach out everything helps)

Remembering when I had Kota.
Hello friends and beautiful beings I have met on this journey of life. Many of you here know me for acroyoga related content, and healing arts. One of the other things I enjoy the most in life, is nature time, and moreover, feelimg comfortable and grounded in nature, with skills to start a fire, rig up shelter, make yummy nourishing food, amd have a functional camp that is in harmony with our environment. This weekend we are going to some beautiful land in the GTA to dive deep into hands on practice to develop these skills.

Big Think Science
The effect of meditation astound and perplex scientists. You know that awesome feeling, when you solve a “problem/challenge” and you get that “aha” state (for a moment) of awesomeness for a moment. One of the many benefits of consistent meditation is is access to this state all to time as a baseline even when not meditation (something yogis have known for millennia and yay to science for finally being able to validate)
It brings up an interesting thought. Just because something can not be “proved” does not mean it isn’t real. I had a mentor some years back (when I wanted to try to understand the how and why of everything). He said “in order to really fully understand something, (100%) we would have to understand it’s relationship with everything else in the universe, and this understand the interrelatedness of “everything”.
In other words, way too much data to gather and process. Perhaps a futile goal for one lifetime. That is not to say the quest for knowledge is “bad”, understanding some of the consistencies of our world and the natural order has helped my personal journey incredibly, however that “need” to understand/know can lead us down a very stressful path.
A tool I find helpful is to tap into the “emotional guidance system”. By feeling into a situation or option you are exploring. Checking in with the heart/gut about how this option feels for you. Timing is important and sometimes we are more ready/receptive to certain paths in life.
A simple mantra I like to use is “F**K YES, or NO!” If the idea in your checking is anything other the “F**K YES”. It is a NO (side not for group activities each participating member is encouraged to have their own check in and F**K YES)
This ensures that in each action you take, you are really invested with the full force of your being.
What do you do to be at your best?
Be well and have an awesome day.
People who have meditated for thousands of hours exhibit a remarkable difference in their brainwaves. Psychologist and author Daniel Goleman says we can actually see what happens in the heads of those who have achieved "enlightenment" and the results are unprecedented in science.

Wow such a beautiful story, message and action step.
It is easy to find excuses not to do something, however what if we used that creative power in our brains to find a way that is workable. What might that look like today?

Let's Beat Cancer
This totally makes sense, frequency and vibration is something present in anything on this world. Similarly to how some opera singers have been noted shattering glass by attaining the resonant pitch of glass. This is an amazing way to target specific parasites with minimal invasive ness.
Also not the only treatment with efficacy the the Cancer society is choosing to ignore/ omit/ sweep under the rug. To be fair I do believe there are people who work there, who genuinely care and have personal connection with cancer, however it seems like those who control the organization, are more into collecting funds that finding a cure. (Since I have seen many documented cases over the last decade and Canadian cancer society doesn’t seem willing to look at it)
😞
Thankfully with our current technology, our ability to access data and communicat as a global community is expanding, so let’s keep an open mind and support the sharing of the actual data.
This cure for cancer was discovered 84 years ago…

Oh my synchronicities, I just wrote a post about Joy, and then saw this.
Although there is yet a “scientific consensus” about why they do this, it looks like they are having a blast, (and something of a moving meditation if I could project for a moment)
What do you think?
How does watching this make you feel?
No one knows exactly why otters do this — but it's completely mesmerizing.

Wow so many take away from this.
Smile at the world and it will smile back st you !
One of the things I have noticed about our brains is that it like to find and recognize things that are familiar. So if (generally in life) we are looking for something, we will find (and perhaps even make) things that look like that.
A Smile illustrates genuine joy in our bodies; one of the highest positive spectrum emotions (according to Dr. David Hawkins “map of consciousness”) when we Align ourselves with joy, we find Joy, we see it and I dare say even create it in our environment.
Sure there are many problems we can see and look for (or have forced at us from all angles). Awareness in the problems can be powerful, however the nature of “problems” is that something “needs” our fixing, which can feel whelming and perhaps depressing. Yes spread the light in the world, and try to remember to enJOY the journey.

Despite Trump's belief that climate change is a "hoax," the world knows better. States and communities all across the country are making bold moves to reduce their carbon footprint, break their dependency on fossil fuels and move toward energy efficiency and such sustainable energies as solar and wind.
