It was great to connect with and at the Talent City Vaughan Careers Expo on May 3, 2024. We also signed up some amazing potential volunteers. 🤗
The Ontario Trillium Foundation is an amazing organization that is making a real difference in the community! With support from OTF's Resilient Communities Fund, we were able to expand our LifeLine Program and provide mental health counselling and self-care training for our volunteers, clients and staff! Thank you OTF for everything that you do for YAY and the community!

Our Story
Youth Assisting Youth is dedicated to investing in the leaders of tomorrow and transforming the lives of at-risk and newcomer youth through the power of peer mentorship. For over 40 years, it has paired volunteer young adult mentors aged 16-29, with youth ages 6-15 to engage in activities aimed to develop mind, body, character, and leadership skills. Our non-profit connects volunteers to enriched mentorship experiences that profoundly impact the most vulnerable youth and their families in communities across the Greater Toronto and York Region. Toronto Foundation selected us as one of their top high-impact charities and non-profit organizations.
