Thank you all that messaged us today concerned that The Paddock had closed. We are still here and will stay here for some time to come.

Development's always a tricky thing in the city, despite it feeling the opposite with seemingly never-ending condos popping up. The original plan was for Queen & Bathurst to be developed by 2022. It got pushed back to 2026, and now even further to 2029, according to the developer's website.

Our current lease expires June 2025, at which point in time we'd like to negotiate a new lease with the landlord, tho it most likely will be month to month due to allowing for a flexible timeline for developement. That said, it takes two parties to come to an agreement and plans move back, and sometimes forward, all the time. But we're pretty confident we'll be celebrating 80 years come 2026.
