The report outlines three key recommendations to guide post-secondary administrators, policy-makers, and other adult allies in supporting youth mental health.

Right now, youth mental health is being challenged like never before. It’s on all of us to be part of the solution, but we can’t make change without understanding what we’re dealing with.
