This is our biggest and greatest event of the year. 14000 Oysters, 500 Lobsters, 4000 pints of beer, 1200 guests, 40 of Ontario’s best Oyster shuckers. Year number 38.

KNOW YOUR SHRIMP- Wild Gulf Coast American Shrimp. 🦐
Sourced from the Gulf of Mexico 🇲🇽 and harvested seasonally from the coastal waters of Texas and Louisiana.
Once shrimp are offloaded from the trawlers they are processed and quick frozen. The facility is owned and operated by a 3rd generation family of shrimpers and one of the only shrimp facilities in the country to maintain a federal U.S. grade “A” inspection program.
Wild shrimp harvested from Gulf Coast waters are preferred by us, because of their unique flavour and texture.
We also like that Wild shrimp are free from antibiotics and animal by-products commonly found in imported farm-raised shrimp. Domestic wild shrimp are a closely managed, sustainable resources.

Our new vintage of Sea Legs Oyster White has been released- made for and with the Oyster.
We bring 6 species of Oysters down to Jordan, Ontario . We mix and match the fresh pressed juice of the season and make a wine that you can enjoy at the bar with a mixed plated of Oysters.
