Working with the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario, we wanted to solve the misconception that brokers simply helped clients find the best price, when it’s quite the contrary. Over the last 2 days (and after 2 long years of working remotely), the team at A&S finally got together IRL at our epic Summer Summit. With fun and competitive programming like The Great Design Challenge, the renaming of the company to Jen Conte & Associates 🤣 (jk), and the sudden apparition of Bau appearing out of the blue all the way from Argentina for a group photo with the creative team. In all honesty, there were a lot of new faces and connections made, finally, and our team got teary eyed at the end of the day with an amazing speech filled with gratitude for the hard work everyone at this company makes everyday. Thank you! Onwards! 💕
