We are looking to fill a couple spots

A person that can bartend and server, depending on the shift, for roughly 25-30 per week

Primary shifts are closing.

We in our 52nd year as the same operators. We are a safe family friendly establishment with a strong core of regular guests.

We treat our guests as we want to be treated. We are focused on the highest guest service, from there perspective 100% 100% of the time

We are fast paced, busy, safe with plenty of opportunity to earn a solid living.

We want that person to become a part of the Academy family.

Smarte Serve is mandatory
Must have full availability
You have an excellent work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Basic math skills are required
Some experience needed
Has to be able to work as a team
Has knowledge of beverages
Excellent interpersonal skills

More duties and requirements will be discussed with any likely candidate at the interview process

The Taste of the Danforth is in real jeopardy.

The issue is the bike lanes. The city does not want to remove the barriers for the street to be able to be closed

How is Michael Garron Hospital (East General) going to make up the donation it receives annually from the Danforth.

I believe that the continued efforts by the city to have all the local businesses, even make it harder to make a go of it is evident. It is clear that they want all that made your neighborhood what it is gone, and replaced with condos.

It would be nice and respectful if we are included in the discussion

The illogical lockdown has begun, and my families lively hood is back on the brink.

It's the death of small business

This last night. As usual my busy season starts right after new years. Do you know how disruptive to tell everyone, "it's 11pm time to go"

The backlash is that we look like the bad guy to our clients. Since the hours of operation were changed, our clientele reacts as if we're the ones making the rules. As if I want to close early.

THIS IS OFFICIALLY A JOKE

The feeling is that only certain industries are being targeted with no level playing field.

I'm not even mad anymore, I'm just done with it.
