While it might have been both the first and last tournament of the year, it was a great experience! We're looking forward to things returning to normal next fall and playing in the Ontario Para Network provincial league again 🏀

Thank you coach Jesse McNalley for putting this team together to be part of the Games!

This past weekend, the Variety Village Rolling Rebels wheelchair basketball team went undefeated through Pool B and the playoffs to win the Gold Medal at the Ontario Parasport Games! đź‘Ź

Ibrahim Odza led the way for the Rebels, playing in his first ever organized wheelchair basketball games this weekend. Odza, 12, only started playing the sport a few months ago after having undergone emergency Thoracic Spinal Cord surgery in the Fall of 2020. An incredible achievement.

Congrats Rolling Rebels! 🏀 🎉
