How Health Services M&A Fared Against Global Macroeconomic Headwinds Like much of the global economy in 2021, M&A activity in the health services sector hit record volumes and valuations that year. As 2022 approached, analysts expected activity and valuations to remain high, though perhaps not high enough to surpass those 2021 records.
What are your predictions for deal flow in 2023?

There’s a feeling that sellers often have to push problems under the rug. Assume in this world that we live in of transparency and accountability that everything you try and push under the rug will eventually come out in due diligence.
