This Kapwa Playshop will take place over two days, in an outdoor garden on the treaty lands and territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit, now known as in Guelph, Ontario at the ReMediate Pollinator Garden. The dates are July 22 & 23.

Our intention is to heal ourselves, our communities, and our relationship to the land.

For 150+ years, U.S. and Canadian government-mandated boarding schools took more than 150,000 Indigenous children away from their families, cultures, and languages. They forced them into assimilation through unspeakable trauma and violence. Many of them never make it back home. Today, we honor them all.
