With interest rates at sky-high levels, consumers are being asked to shoulder immense risk.

Developers are sweetening the deal with:

Reduced deposits,
Mortgage assistance,
And a slew of other incentives.
..but is it enough?

We can't expect consumers to bear the brunt of such high-risk conditions.
