Sleek, streamlined and elevated in this stunning fresh kitchen design. AVANI’s Forma Matte Light Grey door minimizes reflections, glare and has a understated elegance. A combination of flip-up doors and full-height floor to ceiling doors allowed for a cleaner aesthetic. A minimal design style that delivers a fully functional kitchen experience. Behind a set of large pocket doors is a breakfast bar with additional storage and under-lit floating shelves. The clever hidden detail can be enjoyed when needed then tucked away. A super modern kitchen can provide all your needs and wants within the high-end aesthetic.

Chic black integrated cooktop and double ovens that sit flush with the cabinets produce a tailored and custom look. Wrapping the backsplash surround in stone added a soft texture and removes the need for distracting grout lines. A kitchen space that is focused on minimal design with clean lines but has wonderful black accents for bold contrast and impact.

June 21 is National Indigenous Peoples Day. This is a day for all Canadians to recognize and celebrate the cultures and contributions of the First Nations, Inuit and Métis Indigenous peoples of Canada. The painting featured is by Norval Morrisseau CM RCA, also known as Copper Thunderbird. He was an Indigenous Canadian artist from the Bingwi Neyaashi Anishinaabek First Nation.

A perfect blend of minimalism and understated confidence, SHADOWBOX is a multi award-winning project by architects Johnson Chou Inc. The success of this project became all the more evident in the collection of awards it has garnered. To date, ShadowBox has won the interiors: Residential 2020 AZ Award from Azure Magazine, Canadian Interiors Best of Canada, 2020 Value of Design Award by Interior Designers of Canada, 2019 International Design Award and as a Finalist of the 2019 International Interior Design Association.
