My first Green Tree Python neonate had it's first shed here since I got it! Looking absolutely spectacular, super alert and healthy, and an absolute feeding monster. Looking forward to the others to arriving soon! Chondro's just hit different!

WOW!! What an absolutely amazing day getting to see some incredible world class animals. Big thanks to Socratis for inviting me into his home and showing me some of the prettiest snakes I have ever seen in my life. This was a trip to remember. Arboreals just hit different! Thanks Soc for helping me pick out my first new additions!

SPEECHLESS!! Introducing the 1.0 Super Chocolate DG Hypo Clown! The result of Choc DG DH X Choc DG DH! 1/64 chance, 20 eggs between 3 clutches, and I nailed it! Talk about luck. This vision started 4 years ago when I started producing my own hets and growing them. A little patience and some good luck, and its all worth the wait!

I REALLY wanted to hit Spotnose on this combo, but even without it looks amazing. I think Fire/Cinny/Chocolate combos will be incredible in the Axanthic projects, given how silvery they turn out.

I typically don't like to complain, especially on a professional level but today I received another snake that is severely underweight and malnourished, and obviously not fed after waiting months to receive it. I really don't understand why some breeder's adopt a "maintenance feed" or "restrictive feeding" policy on animals for sale or sold. I understand rodents can be expensive, but honestly, thats not the customer's nor the animal's problem. If you can't afford to feed your snake's, produce less, if you restrict feeding to "save money" STOP breeding or find a way to produce your own rodents, if you assume responsibility for another breeder's animals, they are exactly that, YOUR responsibility. These practices are not only detrimental to consumer trust, but can also be detrimental to the snake's long term health. I received an animal similar to the one today a couple years ago, it was soooo thin and malnourished that it's never "thrived" for me, it's stunted and probably wont ever reach it's potential. These practices really upset me. The animal's health and well being should ALWAYS be priority over profits. These practices can also completely erode consumer trust to the point buyers (especially international ones) may overlook us or other breeders in other countries in fear of having similar experiences. This hurt's all of us.

Today I had the pleasure of shipping animals to US that some breeder's would consider "wholesale", animals that are under a year old and approaching 1000 grams. After factoring the cost of rodents and shipping, I am losing large on those "wholesale" snakes, but that's not the point, the point is to deliver a POSITIVE experience to every buyer regardless of the dollar, and to ensure the animals are raised properly. We need to do better, and standards need to be raised. Ive even had a breeder tell me once that if I wanted their snake, I should ask a friend to take it and care for it while I apply for a CITES to bring it to Canada as they could not guarantee it would be fed properly during the 30-60 days it would take for me to get CITES. This is just pure lack of passion. Please if I am out of line here, please tell me why.

Been using Cltch for a couple months now! Definitely loving these new tub labels. Easy and simple to print/create right at home. Still some bugs, but the team is QUICK to respond and fix them. Overall very happy and a game changer in my collection! Anyone else give it a try yet?
