In skies of cobalt blue, a magical bird soars,
With wings of iridescent hues, it dreams and explores.
A creature of enchantment, it dances with the breeze,
Its flight a graceful symphony, a waltz among the trees.

Feathers kissed by moonlight, it whispers ancient tales,
Of lands unseen by mortal eyes, where wonder never fails.
With every beat of its wings, a melody takes flight,
Serenading nature's secrets, under the starry night.

With each majestic stroke, it paints the heavens above,
Leaving trails of stardust, a testament of love.
A messenger of dreams, it carries hopes on its back,
Guiding lost souls towards destiny, never to look back.

But time is not its ally, for freedom is its core,
Soaring through the boundless sky, forever wanting more.
With a melancholic sigh, it bids farewell to the earth,
Leaving behind a longing, for its ethereal rebirth.

And as it fades from sight, a whisper in the air,
A promise of return, a tale yet to be shared.
The magical bird, forever etched in memory's embrace,
Leaving us in awe, with a longing for its grace.

RIP Zia Irma. This lovely lady had a sandwich spot at the Oakwood Espresso location in the 70’s/ 80’s. Many kids, now grown, remember fondly buying fries during lunchtime. She was loved and will be missed! Photos circa 1982/ 2019.
