These were taken during morning class at our retreat. Both are just beginner students and, although it looks dramatic, it is quite easy to execute. When done correctly it feels fabulous on the entire body. The middle handles are being used to support the feet as opposed to doing a wrap. The important thing to observe is how the sling of the YogiGym is positioned around the pelvis -it has to be just right. If it’s too high, it can dig into the kidneys or too low and you risk slipping out. But it’s easy to find the “sweet spot” and then just let-go for one of the best stretches ever! -retreats-mexico

The YogiGym® is a revolutionary yoga sling and full-body suspension trainer that can be used at home or outdoors. The YogiGym® provides perfect support for moving the body beyond restrictions and imbalances while providing some fearless flying fun!

✧ Adjustment Rope
There are 14 height settings that allow for a variety of postural options, quick and easy adjustments, and customization of poses.

✧ Fabric Adjusters
The Fabric Adjusters on the sling are used to gather and secure the fabric for certain wraps and on the handles, they assist in securing body parts such as the hands, feet, and knees. Generally, when the fabric is gathered it provides more mobility while opening the fabric offers more support.

✧ Foam Cushion Insert
This removable insert is designed to provide added comfort for the body and can easily be removed and replaced when traveling or washing theYogiGym®.

✧ Handles
Handles are made from soft breathable foam to ensure against slippage due to perspiration. Generally, the use of the upper handles provides the greatest amount of stability in a pose and difficulty proportionately increases as you lower your hold. For more comfort during standing aerial poses, the handle grips can be slid aside so that the heel can be cradled in the fabric.

✧ Fabric
The fabic used is “Rip Stop” partially recycled parachute material, the strongest quality in the market.
How the fabric is positioned or gathered can dramatically affect comfort and form while in the sling. There are 5 Set-Up Options based on torso-to-limb ratio that we recommend for maximum comfort in a pose:
