KABIR | folke was supposed to be a summer job for kabir. fast forward two years and we’ve watched him grow up, become such an amazing person and just become such an integral part of our folke family.

we had the most bittersweet weekend of saying goodbye to kabir as he starts the next chapter of his life in toronto. we are so unbelievably proud of him for getting into not only his dream university but so many others!

you’re going to do amazing things kid, we can’t wait to see!

LABO | one of our favourite experiences in Oaxaca was visiting and meeting their team! we were lucky enough to get a full tour of their fermentation spaces, see all of their upcoming projects and share ideas with them. We of course had some amazing food, found a pet nat from Mexico and tried a bunch of their house-made liquers, misos and sauces ✨
