I am very particular about who I choose to label or call my friend. Friend is a word I choose to use for those I hold dear to my 💜 and definitely not used lightly. It surprises me on a weekly basis how many conversations have been discussed about this very topic. Friend is a place that has been earned over time,time that was invested in the mutual happiness of the individual labeled this word. I am shocked at how many people use the word so loosely now a days. Even I catch myself sometimes when I don’t think of that person or individuals my friend. Wondering if people take offense that they truly aren’t considered a friend to me or to the ones labeling them as such. How do you feel about the word friend what thoughts come to your mind?

Toxic masculinity is when a man yells 50/50! My woman is my responsibility. I’m responsible for making sure she has clothes on her back, money in her pocket, a car to drive around in that’s in her name, nutritional food in her mouth , knowledge in her mind, and that she has a environment of peace to grow and to nurture our children in. IF she chooses to pursue a career or establish a company, we as men should support that 100%. When men understand their position in the family structure, our women will naturally become themselves again. Men, we are not allowed to pick and choose when we want to be leaders and expect our women to respect us as such! Lead her or leave her! This is wholistic health! Mind, body, and soul!!

You’ve heard the music and you think you know the man but do you really understand what he went through and what moments shaped him into the person he became.
Directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green and starring Kingsley Ben Adir as Bob with Lashana Lynch as his wife Rita this film will bring you to witness for the first time what it was like to be around the legend, to see his pain his sorrows his joys and his redemption.
Filmed in England and Jamaica the cast and crew represents one of the most unique creation to ever come out of a hollywood studio.
Authenticity fills the screen with numerous Jamaican actors doing us proud in representing the culture. Filmed at the actual places where Bob walked , played football and sang like Trench Town and Bull bay in Kingston, it is an artistic creation that we are proud of and want you to enjoy to be entertained but also to be inspired. The family produced it with Paramount studio and for us it represents the continuation of Bob’s message and growth.
With this release we look forward to inspiring not only the long time fans but also the younger generation, giving them a vehicle that opens the door to explore Bob’s life and music and in so doing expand his universal message of unification, justice and peace throughout the earth.

Self care weekend went down something like this lol. These two candles smell so good I need more and they rhubarb wine was banging not too sweet not too dry and the gin has been used in multiple ways from adult slurpees to gin and juices keeping it always lol.
