Job Responsibilities:
Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
Concrete chipping, patching & grouting.
Operating and caring for power tools.
Formwork stripping, stacking of materials.
Load or unload construction materials, tools and/or equipment.
Perform general site clean-up.
Perform de-watering and other tasks as required.
Follow instructions from site supervisors.

Qualifications:
1+ years construction experience required.
Candidates must be reliable.
Willingness to learn, take direction and develop new skills.
Strong work ethic.
A good attitude required.
Ability to lift, handle, and move 50lbs.
Must be able to work well with others and, at times, with minimum supervision.
Must be willing to work 8+ hours per day if required.
Current safety, first aid or flagging tickets are an asset but NOT required.

We are looking for a versatile individual who can work on a variety of short term and longer-term projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements
Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material according to measurements
Lay out floorings, roofing's or drywalls ensuring they are leveled and compatible
Install stairs, railings, formwork etc.
Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance
Build scaffolding and other construction structures
Preparation for concrete pours

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a carpenter required.
Candidates must be reliable.
Strong work ethic.
A positive attitude is required.
Must be able to work well with others and by yourself.
Must be willing to work 8+ hours per day if required.
