Hello friends,
Saigon Xua Restaurant is hiring for the following positions:

1. Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 year related experience
* Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
* Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
* Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
* Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
* Recruit, train and supervise staff
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
* Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
* Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance

2. Linecook (must have prior experience in a kitchen environment) Preferably experience with Vietnamese food

Requirements:
· Ensure excellent food preparation and presentation
· Keeping a clean workstation
· Uphold restaurant standards
· Provide high quality support for BOH operations (BOH - back of house)
· Passionate about cooking
· Strong organizational skills
· Able to work well in a team environment
· Recognize when help is needed and not be afraid to ask for help
· Positive and eager to learn
· Possess a great attitude
· Professionalism in all interactions with guests, staff, and co-workers
· Food Safe Certification (an asset)
· QSR experience (an asset)
· First Aid Level 1 (an asset)

3. Servers - Successful applicants will have an outgoing, fun, engaging personality + Strong sense of urgency
+ Product knowledge related to liquor/wine/beer + A passion for hospitality, service and food. Must be 19+ as serving and pouring alcohol is part of the job. Must work well independently and in a team setting. We are a family owned and operated restaurant and we're looking for that right person to join our small team who enjoy a fast paced environment and is a great multi-tasker
