For nearly 10 years of my life, I struggled with chronic depression and frequent respiratory infections.
I didnβt know anything about how chronic inflammation contributes to depression at the time and didn't know how to change it.
I tried all of the conventional solutions out there, from therapy to antidepressants and ALLLL of the antibiotics and inhalers. I was even put on the birth control pill to βbalance my hormones'', but nothing seemed to work.

This makes my heart happy π
2023 was a good year. It wasnβt an easy year, but it was a good year. I got to spend it with my husband, my son and 2 d***y dogs. We got to do a little road trip through the states, we purchased ebikes, we welcomed our 2nd dog, sadie, into the family, buster turned one and we spent some time in the mountains. I also developed severe atopic dermatitis that (pardon my language) has been fu***ng terrible. A trip to the Mayo clinic, hundreds of baths, so many trials of lotions and finally , iβm finally starting to see the clouds part and able to do everyday things like go outside.
Thanks to my amazing clients, family and friends for checking up on me, being patient and being in my corner. I truly am so so so lucky.
