When it comes to sun protection, we often focus on our faces, arms, and legs, forgetting hidden spots like the scalp, ears, back of the neck, and hands. These areas are particularly vulnerable to UV rays and need attention.

✅ The Head: Our scalp, whether covered with hair or bald, is often neglected. Use spray or powder sunscreen, parting your hair to cover all exposed areas. Wearing a wide-brimmed hat or cap can provide additional protection.

✅ The Ears: Ears are prone to sunburn due to their position, especially with short hair. Apply sunscreen to the tops, backs, and earlobes.

✅ The Back of the Neck: This spot is easily forgotten but crucial for sun protection. Apply sunscreen generously to prevent sunburn and skin damage.

✅ The Hands: Frequently exposed to the sun, hands are at risk for premature aging and skin cancer. Apply sunscreen to the tops and fingers and carry a portable sunscreen for reapplication throughout the day, especially after washing.
