A Love Letter from Us to You!

Inspired by the Vancouver Island Coast, Love Letter cocktails bring you to your love.

Sheringham Seaside brings fresh, local botanicals with notes of evergreen and ocean air. Pomegranate liqueur and Prosecco syrup create a round sweetness to bring the romance alive.

Minami's team hid love notes in the cocktail -- come and discover them with your other half! This cocktail is available exclusively on February 14th.

As the year comes to a close, we wish you a joyous New Year filled with happiness! Please note that Minami will be closed on January 1st to celebrate the New Year. We will reopen on January 2nd to serve you with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
