Sunday brought more community activity at the Copley Community Orchard in East Vancouver. While Vida was entertaining the workers who were pressing cider from the fruit with Sospiro Misterioso, Dean volunteered on the cider presses. It was a day reminiscent of simpler times. It was truly a beautiful, inclusive, all-ages event.

The partners at Hangar 18 spent Saturday night at the Renfrew Moon Festival Harvest Fair at Slocan Park and Still Creek Ravine.
It was a magical night, with a parade of thousands of participants, and some very creative performances and lanterns. Vida's Tiddley Cove Morris troupe performed a mummer's play about climate change and the conflicts between nature and greed.
