Wow, it has been a minute since I last posted (actually, it's been 756,647 minutes...and yes, I calculated that one out!). A lot has changed in that time including a brand new clinic space at Local Health Integrative Clinic. I'll be transitioning away from using this page and more toward that one so I'd love it if you'd follow the clinic on Facebook and/or head on over to IG and follow us at there. Thanks so much!

This just popped up on my "memory feed" from Facebook. 3rd or 4th year at naturopathic medicine school. Back then I would study by mapping out physiological and biochemical pathways. Now, I map out patient's cases to look at their whole health, create connections and help them get back to their optimal health!

Join me and the rest of the Local Health team in this year's Sun Run. It's virtual so you can pick any day between April 18th-30th to get your 10K walk or run in. It's great motivation to get training toward a goal. Everyone who signs up can receive our weekly training emails from our health practitioner to keep you motivated and moving!
