[NEWS] Exploration Status Update Egina Gold Camp Continues to Deliver

• Over 10,500 m combined aircore and reverse circulation drilling completed by De Grey Mining at the Becher project, which forms part of the Egina earn-in/Joint Venture.
• At Becher, 271 infill AC holes were drilled for 7,536 m in Q4 2023. RC drill program is ongoing, with the first 29 drill holes for 4,154 m completed. Final assays are anticipated in Q1 2024.
• Maiden drill program at the exciting Nunyerry North project delivered positive results in shallow RC drilling.
• Additional work across the greater Nunyerry area has generated several new priority targets for drilling in 2024.
• Numerous prospects across the southern Egina Gold Camp and Balla Gold Project identified, with follow-up work planned in 2024.
• Initial two diamond drill holes from ongoing six-hole 2,300 m program completed as planned at Belltopper Gold Project in Victoria.

[NEWS] Liatam Mining Invests in Novo and Quartz Hill Joint Venture Formed

The 80%/20% JV between Liatam and Novo has been formed following completion of the earn-in requirement. Liatam will now sole fund and free carry all of Novo’s required exploration costs in relation to the joint venture structure, until earlier of:

• Liatam having completed a Feasibility Study in respect of at least one deposit of Relevant Minerals; and
• Liatam having sole funded the exploration; capped of A$20m.

[NEWS] Sale Of Nullagine Gold Project to Calidus Resources

As consideration for the sale, Novo has received A$250,000 in Calidus Shares. Novo also has a right to receive a further A$5 million (as deferred consideration) upon the reaching of a production milestone of 100,000 ounces by Calidus with respect to the NGP assets within a 10-year period.

Calidus has assumed all obligations, royalties, claims and liabilities relating to the NGP. This includes the existing rehabilitation liability (of approximately A$45 million).

Novo Resources Executive Co-Chairman, Michael Spreadborough recently sat down with Cory Fleck from the KE report to discuss a strategic joint venture with SQM Australia Pty. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile SA. SQM will pay Novo A$10 million for a 75% interest in the priority tenements, and for an option over additional Novo Pilbara exploration tenements with Novo to retain 25% interest, along with 100% ownership of the gold, silver, PGE, copper, lead and zinc mineral rights. Michael also provides an update on all other exploration activities being conducted in Australia.

[NEWS] Novo Resources and Global Lithium Producer SQM Form Strategic Joint Venture

SQM Australia has agreed to pay A$10 million for a 75% interest in five of Novo’s prospective lithium - nickel tenements in the West Pilbara, near Roebourne, Western Australia, forming the Harding Battery Metals Joint Venture, and for an option over additional Novo Pilbara tenements.

The Harding Battery Metals Joint Venture expands Novo’s existing exposure to lithium exploration which includes the Quartz Hill Joint Venture with Liatam Mining near Nullagine in the East Pilbara.

Over the past few weeks, we have observed hit an intraday high in North America of USD$2,100 per ounce. In Australia, where Novo Resources is exploring a number of highly prospective gold projects in Western Australia and Victoria, the yellow metal is currently trading just shy of AUD$3,100 per ounce.

We believe gold has a great future heading into 2024 and have positioned the company for success.

"Novo is excited to commence its diamond drill program at Belltopper in the coming weeks. The program consists of approximately 2,300 m with six primary planned drill collars designed to test the highest priority targets at Belltopper. Drilling is expected to take around three months to complete, with assays to be reported throughout H1, 2024.
