Even in July, Rain-couver lives up to its name. 🌦

So I had to stay in and brainstorm the MNF buffet, that we are doing at the Reach pub in Maple Ridge. 🏈

When its raining, i guess its pan fried burger day. What is your favourite beverage to have while you enjoy a burger?? 🍔🍼🍺🥤🧃☕️???

Today, i made a bacon, mushroom (ok i kicked it up with a splash of truffle oil) and melted havarti cheese. Some crispy iceberg lettuce (only the best for burgers) and my sauces went mustard, ketchup and a banana peper/relish mix.

Good afternoon, I made a mistake and unfortunately can not be at the Earth Day celebration this Saturday in Maple Ridge. 😔

But once I get these inspections done, I do plan on bringing the truck out for some random days this year, as i truly miss food trucking!!!

I made a couple small changes to the outside of the food truck.
Im not a fan of covering the truck in graphics, but i got myself a little tramp stamp.
Don't get too hungry following me on the road!

I got a couple months of work on the inside and to the truck to do, but hope you will come by in April as the truck will be in Maple Ridge at Earth Day!!

We are SOOOO EXCITED Ocean's Edge Seafoods is joining our Thursday market and they have SPOT PRAWNS! The season is over but there's some left so come get them! They also carry King shrimp, halibut, tuna, ling cod and octopus. See you there!

I am working on a new location, that will make everyone happy.

I haven't done many events in this new town, but i feel it will be a great new location, and even close enough for everyone to enjoy some food trucks. 🥓🌮🥪🍟🍤

I have tightened my circle now and only work with top food truck owners. These are people who actually care for what they do, and have passion for food.

I finally got too enjoy a day out with my raptors and we checked out the Hope Brigade days on sunday.

My buddy crushed it in the demolition derby and i finally got my fix from the best Mac n Cheese truck in BC!!!!

The Trios truck doesnt over cook the noodle (like everyone else) they have way better choices then the typical basic bs that the other trucks make.

Me and my daughter love the mother clucker and actually battle each other to see who gets the waffle 🧇

They are back on the island this week, so get them before they close!!!

So, i have been doing private catering again, and thats part of the reason you won't see the truck on the streets for a bit.

I also got burned at the spot i created in Pitt Meadows. But im glad you guys get to try the carni trucks 😜

I got tired of seeing the posts of the best tacos, so i decided to jump into the taco game 🌮

Come by Pagoda Ridge Golf Course ⛳ and say hi to me on the patio for lunch.

We offer a choice of Prawn or Fish tacos now. I made a grilled pineapple slaw, my own Pico de Galo, pickled Onion (again made fresh) and a Saracha/Cilantro drizzle

You know you want my cooking again.
