Our customization process is efficient and straightforward, ensuring that you get the Banh Mi sandwich exactly how you want it. By default, all our sandwiches come with a variety of garnishes, including cilantro, onions, cucumber, pickled carrot and daikon, mayo, and sauce. You can remove or add any garnish you want. For those who prefer an extra kick of spice, we offer free jalapeno peppers as an add-on. Additionally, for a small fee, you can add extra protein or a fried egg. We can also accommodate preferences like untoasted bread and cut sandwiches in half upon request. We go above and beyond to ensure that our customers enjoy their Banh Mi sandwiches to the fullest. If you want to keep the veggies fresh for later, we offer to package them separately upon request. Designed and written by one of our talented team member Alex Dang • I grew up eating mom’s dishes and I especially liked her Chicken Meatballs Soup inspired by Pho broth. Da Lat, Viet Nam is sometimes as cold as Vancouver’s late Fall, so hot soup is always a part of daily meals. I wonder why? Maybe it is because I liked waiting for the soup to simmer on the dancing fire flickering in a clay stove, and I get to warm my hands over the grey smoke over the top of the pot. Or is it simply the taste that warms me to the soul?
