Why do cakes always seem like they're not going to turn out until you put the flowers on and then it's like BAM who made this? Me? 😎
In all realness this was a stressful day. 7 months 🤰🏻 with high blood pressure and a very broken cream cheese icing, I really didn't think I was going to make it. I wasn't even sure the cake would make it to the venue. But with the help of my mom holding the cake in the backseat while we drove in the rain on the Malahat, the cake survived. And in the end everyone loved it.
FYI this a picture in my fridge because I didn't have time for a cute photo sesh. 🤷🏻♀️
