Holidays with L'Apéro | Apero Designed for a minimum of 10 people to a maximum of 30, our Réveillon Menu is an elegant way to celebrate the season like the French. 

Meet chef Dan! 👨‍🍳 He joined us this summer and has already crafted our best Fall Menu yet. Dan is German, trained in Europe and camera shy.

We're thrilled to have him on board and can't wait for you to taste his incredible creations like Beef Bourguignon, Quiche or French Onion Soup. Not talking about the Dessert Menu🤤

Avonlea Clothbound Cheddar from :

• Produced on Prince Edward Island
• Wrapped in cloth for an ageing period of at least a year
• Exhibits an amazingly smooth and fudgy texture but also dry and crumbly
• Complex and rich flavors of mushroom,
earth, fruit and brown butter

Chaumes :

• Based on the Trappist style of making
cheeses
• Beautiful, sticky, flavourful rind, with a
slightly gritty texture
• Smooth and supple texture
• Flavors are buttery, rich, intense and full-bodied with a hazelnut aftertaste
